The article discusses the main sociological approaches to the analysis of the social expertise of management decisions in education using the example of the Bologna system and the Unified State Exam (USE). The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of educational reforms through the prism of social expertise, identify their social consequences and analyze their perception by participants in the educational process. The work used methods of content analysis of regulatory documents and scientific literature on a given issue, in-depth interviews with experts, which included teachers and representatives of the administration of educational institutions of secondary and higher education.

The results of the study showed that the Bologna system contributed to the development of academic mobility in the country, but faced difficulties in adapting to Russian realities, which, combined with external factors, led to its abandonment. The introduction of the Unified State Exam ensured the transparency of admission to universities, but at the same time led to the formalization of knowledge and increased psychological stress among schoolchildren. As a result, with the help of social expertise, it was possible to identify key issues that require further study. The data obtained in the study emphasize the need to develop a balanced national model of education, as well as further study of the social expertise of management decisions in the education system.
