Diagnosis of resilience skills teenagers-athletes

The article reveals the problem of studying resilience skills. Resilience skills are studied among teenage athletes in a modern sports school. Educational standards in modern conditions are focused on developing resilience skills. Various opinions of scientists who have been studying the ‘Resilience’ of various age categories are considered. The concept of ‘resilience skills’ has been clarified. The authors’ experience of working with teenage athletes in a children's and youth sports school is considered. Diagnostic tools are offered. The authors pay attention to gender and activity approaches. The results of diagnostics to determine the levels of development of resilience skills according to certain indicators are presented.
