Analysis of the value orientations of young people engaged in volunteer activities (Regional aspect)

The paper conducted a study aimed at studying the value orientations of young people engaged in volunteer activities and at matching the goals and means of their activities to the image of a volunteer that has developed in society. The results of the study allowed the authors to identify the dominant and additional terminal and instrumental values of young people engaged in volunteer activities. Based on this study, conclusions were drawn about the conformity of the established image of a volunteer with the values and goals of young people involved in volunteer activities.
