The authors analyze the ethical aspects of communication in the training and practice of a doctor from the point of view of pedagogical and biomedical ethics. The following research methods were used in the work: study and analysis of specialized literature, synthesis, modeling, comparison, generalization, observation, system analysis and theoretical knowledge. The higher the spiritual and moral culture of the doctor-teacher and medical student, the fewer ethical, deontological and psychological mistakes they make. The future and practicing doctor must prepare to communicate with the patient. Using the basic principles of professional (pedagogical and biomedical) ethics, a doctor-teacher and a medical student can treat each other and their patients with respect and humanity.
