Analyzed are deep social changes, connected with digital revolution, that covers business process, transforms social reality, labor market, quality life of population. Digital revolution could be a driver for growth of Russian economic, but it creates additional economic and social risks, that are actual under conditions of globalization. The author examined directions of state politics, aiming on adaptation of Russia onto challenges of digital transformation under conditions of deepening of global competition.
