Innovations in development of physical activity of modern students: regional management practices

Presented is the analysis of management practices for development of physical activity of student youth as type of activity and essential element of lifestyle. Described is importance of physical health in the context of strengthening human capital and labor potential of the country. Attention is paid to importance of development of physical activity of young people under conditions of destructive influence of virtual environment on hypodynamia and psychomental sphere of consciousness. Described are innovative management technologies of administration of Rostov region and South-Russian state polytechnic university to expand practices of development of physical activity of schoolchildren and young people, taking into account their interests and needs. Existing problems in functioning of the system of mass sports in universities are revealed. Formulated are priority tasks of motivation to physical culture and sports among students.

Key words: physical activity, factors and regional innovative technologies of it’s development, social value of health.
