Presented is the analysis of problems of quality of electronic educational resources in university education. Classification of electronic educational resources has been built, and the main classes are described. Also requirements for quality of electronic educational resources are presented, that are divided into didactic-methodical, psychological, educational, ergonomic and technological. Experience of using electronic educational resources in Orenburg state university is presented. Marked is significant increase in their own development of electronic educational resources, as well as their relevance in educational process of university.
