Analyzed is the role of executive power in regions of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. Presented is characteristic of active subjects of regional elite. Conclusion is made, that principal part of regional elite is made up of representatives of executive power of regions, as well as representatives of business community and other influential actors of society. In detail, analyzed is strategy of relationship of society um with ruling elite.
