Personally oriented approach to training in foreign language as increasing motivation of students of non-language university

Substantiated is the need of introducing into educational process of personally oriented approach to training students in foreign language. Personally oriented approach to training if foreign language helps the student to choose the learning path, that suits him, making adjustments, as well as helping to introduce corrections in tactics of self-learning, and also helps the teacher to develop individual approach to both individual student and group as a whole. Conclusion is made, that as a result personally centered approach to learning could increase knowledge levels of students in training of foreign language.
