Institutional approach to evaluation of sociocultural potential of military servants

Analyzed are indicators of assessing of development of sociocultural potential of military personnel under conditions of stabilization of Russian economics. The author examined sociological concepts of civil-military relations, as well as analyzed applied technologies for assessing and diagnosing  development of sociocultural potential of separate individual professional groups of military  organization. Also presented is integrated system of indicators for assessing development processes of sociocultural potential of military personnel.
