Culture of speech as defining phenomenon in ideology of the 21st century (on a material of Russian and Armenian languages)

Examined are directions of development of culture of speech in the second half of 20^th and  the beginning of 21^st centuries. For the first time the problem of prevalence at certain period of development of any characteristic of culture of speech is raised, that is connected directly with ideology. Defining are features of language of Soviet and Post-Soviet press, occurred changes, that are directly connected with influence of Western culture of word and ideology. Proceeding from the factor of influence of propagation on consciousness of weights, the authors come to the conclusion, that in struggle of ideologies defining role belongs to culture of speech.
