Formation of informational competence of university graduates as condition of training of cadres for digital economics

Substantiated is necessity of transformations for the system of higher education for the purpose of training cadres for digital economy, that becomes the most important task of modern higher educational institutions and state priority. Creation of modern informational educational environment of higher education institution capable to carry out transition to training at base of latest info-communication technologies (ICT) is the main requirement of higher educational system. Informatization of higher education creates conditions for formation of professional competences, but digital technologies are becoming key instruments of their formation.
