Researched is the theme of youth policy as the core of all politic of any state. Presented is analysis of youth policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with defining of it’s character, taking into account interests of young people, young families, young specialist and youth entrepreneurship. Formulated are principles of youth policy, incl. openness and transparency, youth participation in implementation of this policy, support and stimulation of youth initiatives, priority of spiritual, moral and cultural values. Noted is, that youth policy is now becoming effective and practical in character, that is being confirmed by successful realization of “Strategy of actions for development in the years of 2017–2021” under the slogan “Youth is the builder of the future”.
Key words: youth, youth policy, youth categories, breeding and education of youth, care for youth is guarantee of social progress.
