Examined are constructive opportunities of deviant behavior of youth, reflected in sociological research works of the end of 19th and the beginning of 20th centuries. Elaborated are social characteristics of youth as subject of deviant behavior. Substantiated is relative character in definition of concepts of “norm” and “pathology” from point of view of classics of national sociology. The author investigates diversification of reasons of deviant behavior of youth in researches of the end of 19th up to the beginning of 20th centuries with their praxiological importance for modern social practice. Conclusion is made, that deviant behavior of youth should be considered from the point of view of ambiguity of influence on social environment, as well as constructive opportunities of such.
