Researched is the problem of formation and development of Russian students’ mentality. Analyzed is the structure of mentality of modern students at capital cities in Russia. Key regularities, reflecting external socio-economic and cultural political changes in social dynamics, are being revealed, as well as internal unconscious attitudes, embedded in socio-cultural perception of social reality, allowing modern students to be grouped together.
