Researched is the phenomenon of current challenge, the system of higher education is facing, i.e. the need to respond to newest trends in scientific and technological development of society. The meaning of tendencies is in close interaction of various scientific fields, convergence of natural and social sciences. The article examines some projects, based on NBICS convergence system, i.e. synthesis of nano, bio, informational, cognitive and social humanitarian technologies. Attention is accentuated on the fact, nowadays social evaluation of consequences of the use of technological innovations seriously lag behind tempos of their introduction. Marked are concrete subjects of solution of the named problems, capable to be consultants, experts, and competent to realize law, social and ethical diagnostic of experiments.
