Researched is the theme of formation of general competences under conditions of self-organized training. Discussed are characteristics and basic lines of technology of self-organized training. Basic principles of self-organized training are stated. Data of pedagogical experiment in comparison of efficiency of formation of general competences of students by means of traditional and self-organized training is made. Presented is technique of realization of technology of self-organized training at example of physics is given. Approximate sequence of stages of realization of technology of self-organized training is stated. Carried-out comparative analysis has shown efficiency of use of technology of self-organized training in formation of general competences of students in comparison with traditional technique of training.
