Presented is the author’s analysis, as to current state of regional system of higher professional education. In that connection, the author, firstly, notes, that socio-economic system of the region is a living organism, painful processes in such, occurring in one part of it, inevitably affected and would be influencing on vitality of remaining parts, as well on the whole organism as a whole. Secondly, the author states, in the sphere of education in the region there is unhealthy situation arisen. Such is significantly influencing on entrepreneurs, employers as main consumers of the product of activity of educational institutions of the system of higher professional education. The author tries to enlighten for entrepreneurs at the named sphere in the hope not to stay them indifferent, and possibly to take some actions to improve by some steps the whole health of such.
