Individual prognosis of success of educational training during realization of personally oriented approach

Analyzed are key provisions of practical realization of personally focused approach in training. On the basis of analysis of scientific sources it is established, that one of main driving forces in educational activity of trainees is their conscious motivation to studying of material on scientific disciplines. Special attention is paid to accurate formation in consciousness of trainees of purposes of its directed activity, i.e. ability to forecasting, anticipation of results of conscious activity. Conclusion is made, that realization of personally oriented approach is facing the need of solving contradiction between mass data processing on educational achievements of trainees, on the one hand, and individual character of forecasts, on the other. Presented is qualitatively another authors’ instruments of principally other methods for effective handling with data of educational process.
