Presented is analysis of the problem of formation of integral and effective system of training young lecturer humanitarians of higher educational institution of technical specialization. In particular, researched are principal aspects of professional formation of young lecturer in humanitarian disciplines as to technical high school. Also analyzed are main difficulties in professional activity of young lecturer under modern conditions of modernization of the system of higher technical education. Conducted is detailed analysis of various approaches to organization of training of young lecturers of higher school in national educational practice, as well as defined are both principal tendencies and specifications of development of such in projection on higher educational institutions of technical profile/
