Discussed is trend of return to social and cultural approach in organization of education, which involves synthesis of communication, integration of socio-cultural and natural-science education bases. Philosophy and sociology of education as fields of inter-system communication output problems and issues of education from their own cycle within frames of pedagogical community on more higher and broad scientific and social level of understanding. Philosophy of education is powerful communication factor in connecting in favor of education systems of very diverse scientific research. Another inter-system factor is sociology of education. From philosophy, it differs sufficiently strong social and practical orientation, sociology tries to raise and solve problems at the level of society or public relations. Noted is, that philosophy and sociology of education concerned with problems of mutual influence of education and social structure of society.
