Analyzed is the theme of changes, taking place in nowadays cultural, political, social and economic space of Russia, that require urgent overcoming of certain stereotypes in shaping leadership of personality in the youth midst. Struggle between good and evil has acquired new forms, that objectively reinforce the need of improving, and sometimes radical changing of psycho-pedagogical conditions and aspects of breeding of the youth. Striving for leadership among young people is quite a serious problem, requiring new, both theoretical and practical solutions in line with growing destabilization of alarming trends of social realities. The article deals with ethical and philosophical foundations of formation of leadership in personality at youth age. Reliance on formed aspects of leadership in the structure of personality is priority direction of building work in both zone of proximal development, and strategy of life and professional career of personality.
