Examined are actual problems of innovative activity as mechanisms of self-actualization of the process of development of education. Shown are basic factors of failures of innovative activity in Russia. Analyzed is the scale of indicators of raitings of educational institutions. Outlined is, that changing world of science is drastically modifies education, the value of which becomes it’s “ability to change” as such. Characterized is specificity of innovative activity in education, consisting of preserving genuine feelings and relationships in the process of upbringing of person, who is cognizing the world beyond mirages, when obvious is being born by truth, possessed through many doubts, and unbelievable originates from results of transformations, that withstood severe testing. Emphasized is, that innovations are in need of unique quality, i.e. pedagogical feeling, development of which must become principal aim of educational process.
