Socio-medical aspects of perception of medical personnel of psychiatric hospi-tals in the Ukraine psychiatric diseases and problems as to giving help with psychiatric care

Discussed is the problem of social vulnerability of mentally ill persons. Shown are social medical peculiarities of verbal and behavioral practices, as to problems of psychic diseases and rendering psychiatric help, introducing by medical personnel of psychiatric clinics in modern Ukraine. Presented is concrete sociological analysis  s  against the mentally ill (from socializing to stigmatizing) raises the question of questionnaire of personnel of Psychiatric clinics of Ukraine, data results of which give evidence of distorted perception as to symptom of psychic disorders by medical staff of psychiatric clinics. Shown is, that significant number of personnel of psychiatric hospitals are not only support compulsory regime of psychiatric help, but also reckon it as expedient using of socially non-successive practices towards such ill persons, that are being characterized by unwillingness to be recovered, that, in the authors’ opinion, is the fundament for stigmatization of psychiatric patients.
