Analyzed is one of important phenomenon of modern pedagogy, i.e. pedagogic prognostication as inalienable part of lifelong learning as the basic for projecting individual educational track of personality. Pedagogic prognostication inherits from pedagogy it’s system of principles as it’s fundament, which is undergoing definite changes and serious additions. Detailed are basic principles of pedagogic prognostication, i.e. general theoretical ones, formed on the basis universal scientific approaches and regularities, and special theoretical, coming from results of theoretical and experimental pedagogical researches. Also examined is the structure of pedagogic prognostication as multi-ply system of inter-connected one with other elements of more general technological character.
