Elaborated is the problem of formation of new image of the Armed forces of the RF, determining reformation of the system of military education. Revealed is principal way of raising quality of higher military specialized education, i.e. development and modernizing of it’s content, as well as strengthening of practical orientation of educational programs. Examined are specific features of administrative competence of future officer. In detail characterized are administrative competences, forming in the process of training of military specialist, and also formulated are organizational and pedagogical conditions, making for the success of realization of the named process. Also presented is the author’s analysis in peculiarities of administrative culture as the most valuable result of formation process of administrative competences.
