Traditional and innovative technologies at university library

Examined is the process of assimilation of new information technologies at scientific and technical library of concrete university. University library is using in it’s activity both traditional forms of work and new informational technologies. In the article based on example of one of leading regional high school of Russia presented is analysis of traditional and innovative activity of university library. The author identifies a number of factors, affecting introduction of innovative technologies into the work of library. Special attention is paid to formation of psychological system of activity of librarian staff worker and student, as well as to organization of access to electronic texts of educational and teaching aids. Result of the study of this topic is analysis of university library and display of dynamics of introduction of information technologies.
