The article describes the influence of corporate culture on development studied by the example of Novgorod State University. The author discloses and substantiates the conditions in which the resouce potential of university corporate culture can be fully realized. Apart from it, the author gives her own definitions of university corporate culture and organizational development and presents the model of interrelations between the objects of organizational development.
