Process of labor migration, that de-facto draw in almost half of population of the Republic of Tajikistan, is examined. The author concludes, that labor migration on the one hand contributes to raise incomes and living standards of population, as well as reduce social tensions, but on the other hand gives rise to number of negative consequences, that need state regulation.
