Specified are lacks in modern philosophy with offering the idea of noo-philosophy. Also analyzed are views of well-known Russian economist G.H. Popov on evolution of mankind. Proved is impossibility of development a new civilization on basis of humanitarian sciences. Instead of it variant of building noo-society on fundament of ecologically safe noo-technologies is offered.
