Organizational culture of military educational organization under conditions of reforming of the system of higher professional education in Russia

Described are some approaches to the meaning of “organizational culture” in modern organizational psychology, and also considered is necessity of it’s alteration for military educational organization under conditions of reforms in the system of Russian HPE. Elaborated are objective factors, influencing on the situation in military educational organization of HPE, stipulating for the necessity of transformation of organizational culture.
