Examined is the problem of technologies, generic meaning of which is formulated in term of universal engineering, interpreting as unityof industrial technical and social engineering. Based on example of anthropologic principle, the author shows high sense of universal engineering, consisting in guaranteeing fine adjusting of person to physical constants of the universe as necessary life condition. Substantiated are mental pre-requisites of development of the named engineering, role of which science and sphere of education are playing.
