Transformations of the domestic system of higher education: problems of quality

The subject of this work is to study the problem of the quality of higher school graduates’ education in the context of the reform transformations of the national system of higher professional education. The reasons for the decline in the quality of domestic higher education in the context of the Bologna reforms are discussed. The possibilities of removing barriers that have arisen on the way to improving the quality of education for graduates of higher education are considered.
