The text of the article analyzes the creative functions of modern conflicts in comparison with earlier military conflicts. Against this social background, there is an increase in cohesion among the population groups that are the object of systemic influence. For the modern period of the struggle to strengthen Russia's external sovereignty in the period from 2022 to 2024, the succession and use of social advertising and propaganda mechanisms is becoming extremely relevant.

The relevance of the creative and socio-cultural functions of modern military conflicts in Russia is manifested in the transformation of the structure of modern society in the period from 2022 to 2024, in the methods and mechanisms of public administration, as well as in the processes taking place in everyday life. To achieve fundamental and sustainable results against further challenges, systemic transformations in many areas of the social sphere will be required.
