The work is devoted to assessing the opinion of employees of Southwestern State University on the implementation of the strategic academic leadership program “Priority-2030”. The author’s sociological research was carried out, which allowed to identify new features of the educational process and the features of the communication space of the Southern State University within the framework of the implementation of the Priority-2030 program. The advantages of this program and possible risks are considered.
