Presented are results of the author’s study of educational and labor values of Russian youth. The author identifies two groups of young people, i.e. traditionalists and modernists, who constitute two principal directions of formation of values, attitudes and ideas in youth environment, that are influencing educational strategies and perspectives of employment of young people after training.
