Substantiated is necessity of introduction of modern informational technologies into educational process of high school as stimulators for students’ self-realization. Described is personally oriented model of use of informational technologies at higher school, that is revealed within two contours of functions, i.e. actual and potential. The actual contour is formed by such functions, as descriptive, representative, exhibiting, navigation orientation, search- heuristic, imprinting, adaptive, facilitating, innovative, etc. The contour of potential functions is made by such functions of informational technologies, as reflexive, constructive-modeling, activation function, limitlessness, temporal, inclusive, motivating, etc. Together both contours of functions form holistic information environment of opportunities for students’ self-realization in format of person-to-person educational process.
