Pedagogical accompaniment of activity of commanders of subunits of troops of National guard in breeding of staff

Examined is the theme of activity of commanders of sub-units of troops of National guard of Russia in the process of moral political breeding of it’s staff. In detail analyzed are basic peculiarities of pedagogical accompaniment of the named process. Substantiated are both necessity and actuality od development and use of modern technologies of pedagogical accompaniment in breeding process, and also demonstrated is influence of such on qualitative indicators as to educational breeding activity of staff of troops. Also presented is a variant of modern technological component of realization of pedagogical accompaniment of activity of commanders of troops of National guard of Russia as to breeding of staff, pronounced by complex combining of methods, means, stages and levels of corresponding pedagogical accompaniment.
