In modern organizations, special attention is paid to corporate culture and the relationship between employees and management, here the issue of trust is important. However, today, due to various crises, corruption, injustice and other problems, public confidence in government, business and other institutions has been seriously undermined. This leads to a deterioration in the effectiveness of management and creates obstacles to the development of society. Trust is one of the key factors for the successful functioning of an organization. Despite this, its role and importance in the management of the organization are still the subject of active research. Researching the role and impact of trust as a social resource will allow organizations to better understand how to develop and maintain trust in order to achieve better results and effectiveness of social management.
