As part of the urgent tasks of organizing corporate training and staff development in companies, the solutions implemented in the leading electric grid company of the Republic of Tatarstan — JSC “Grid Company”, on the organization of its own educational course aimed at mastering the methods and tools of lean production by employees of the enterprise are considered. The article describes the theoretical justification and experimental approbation of pedagogical and organizational conditions for corporate training of employees in lean production methods and tools. The analysis of the factors that most affect the effectiveness of the development of the corporate training system is carried out. The experience of organizing targeted training of the company’s employees with a sufficient level of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of implementing lean production methods and tools for their pedagogical activities within the organization in order to effectively train all the company’s personnel is considered. The indicators of readiness of an employee of the company to carry out pedagogical activities, as well as indicators of the level of development of the educational program by trainees are presented. In the final part of the article, recommendations are given to organizations planning to organize their own corporate training, having prepared for this training their own staff-teachers who have a sufficient level of knowledge and experience on the topic of the planned corporate training.
