Statute of Dorpat university of 1820 in the context of university policy of the emperor Alexander the 1st in the second half of his reign

Analyzed is statute given in the year of 1820 to the only university in Russian empire, i.e. Dorpat university. The author compares basic differences and scientific indicators of it’s statutes of 1820 and 1803, as well as with statutes of other Russian universities of 1804 and 1835.
