Humanitarian education in technical high school: experience of N.E. Bauman’s MSTU and Massachusetts technological institute

Presented is analysis of lecturing humanitarian sciences both in N.E. Bauman’s MSTU and Massachusetts technological institute, possessing rich traditions of original achievements in the named sphere. The authors compare peculiarities of educational programs and give recommendations as to possibilities of selective use of elements of American system in Russian technical high schools.
