Problems of consolidation of Municipal Territorial Communities in Unstable Social Reality

The article deals with topical issues of consolidation of municipal territorial communities in an unstable social reality. The analysis of domestic and foreign studies devoted to the problems of social consolidation and social regulation of integrative processes is carried out. The main barriers limiting the consolidation process in municipal territorial communities are identified: high level of social differentiation, deformation of the social communication system, lack of value grounds for unification.
