Analyzed is the problem of one of the most important tasks of risk management to “hold” and predict risks. In this article, the author reveals the concept and functions of preferred socio-cultural risk, as well as identifies and characterizes criteria for assessing and predicting socio-cultural risks, based on recommendations for standardization R 50.1.090-2014 “Risk Management. Key risk indicators”.
