The analysis of social and psychological prerequisites of identity formation in students is presented. This problem is being discussed as complex and lasting process of ontogenesis. Each period of life has specific influence on the process of identity formation. Education is important aspect for coherent personality. Result of discussing related problematic are practical recommendation as to modification existing system of higher education on multiculturalism and integration.
