Proposed is acquaintance with achievements of nano-technology in the field of electronics on pages of single lesson. The lesson acquaints students with tendency of development of electronics, needed for it technology, as well as with new definitions and notions. Examined are most important notions of nano-technology, i.e. mono-structure, hetero-structure, double hetero-structure, classic and quantum. Presented are most important results, getting in frames of nano-technologies, that are widely used for development of fundamentals of physics and bettering of electronic instruments, having great practical significance. Acquaintance with this theme might widen horizon of students and also help them in their orientation in applying their creative potential.

Key words: electronics, nano-technology, hetero-structure, quantum well, quantum wire, quantum dot.
