“Humorous world” of Harlampy Diogenovich, or About the role of humor in pragmatic sphere of mathematical education

Discussed is the theme of humor in pragmatic sphere of education as a whole, mathematical education in particular. As to the author, the topic of humor in mathematical education is not interesting for everybody, though it is instructive and exciting for those, who are in need of humor, because for such persons “humor made man as man”. The author stresses, that individual feature of teacher of mathematics in addition to “empathy” must be namely such emotional characteristic as humor. The ability to laughing, notes the author, presents itself as specific human ability and important form of communication in difficult situations, psychologically relieving of emotional stress, that is particularly important for successful realization of educational process.
