Self-assessment and mutual evaluation as factor of bettering quality of training design students

Examined is the problem of successful professional realization of specialist in the sphere of design projecting. Shown is personal potential of specialist as subject of social life, largely related to quality of professional training. Elaborated are factors, interfering professional realization of graduating students, as well as indicated are ways of overcoming of the named contradiction. Also analyzed is the role of evaluation effect in learning process. Studied is impact of such evaluation methods, as mutual evaluation and self-assessment on formation of personal qualities of design students with examining of methods of their implementation in educational process. Proved is that stimulation of formation of criteria of correct self-evaluation of future specialists would develop skills of communication, cooperation and analytical self-cognition that could significantly improve the quality of professional training, and thereby contribute to achievement of success in working life.
