Bilingual education of engineering specialities in a higher school

Presented is an analysis of the content of engineering activity under modern conditions, enduring changes in which communicative competence, incl. foreign lingual, becomes increasingly important. The article analyzes experience of such type of education, as well as factors influencing on it’s effectiveness and difficulties in the named process and also ways to overcome them.
