Presented is the experience of Karaganda state technical university in development of academic mobility, aimed at raising of training quality of highqualified and competitive specialists. Reflected are existing problems of academic mobility, as well as selected are perspectives of it’s development.

Key words: quality, the Bologna process, academic mobility, unified European educational space.
